Duct tape sometimes called duck tape, is cloth- or scrim-backed  often coated with polyethilene. There are a variety of constructions using different backings and adhesives.

Suitable for a wide range of applications, including seaming & sealing PE sheeting, patching, repairing and bundling applications.
